TRYP by Wyndham Southport is looking for reliable and hardworking Back of House Kitchen Staff to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs and kitchen team with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Support with dishwashing and ensuring a steady flow of clean items for service
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
