Team Coordinator

EnergyAustralia is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-focused Team Coordinator to join our Technology team. This team has grown and plays a vital role in the Clean Energy Transformation that the energy sector is undergoing.
ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role, you will support members of the Technology Leadership Team and their broader business units, reporting to the EA for the CIO. Your responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management and daily assistance for senior leaders.
- Coordination of meetings, workshops, and department forums.
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of escalation for administrative issues.
- Travel bookings and coordination.
- Completion of expenses.
- Building and maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Supporting the coordination of Townhalls and Events.
- Attending leadership meetings, documenting actions, and following up on action points.
- Ad hoc project coordination and documentation preparation as required.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you should be proactive, organized, and a self-starter. You will have recent experience in a fast-paced, complex environment, demonstrating the ability to juggle priorities strategically. Additionally, you will have:
- Exceptional diary management skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent time management skills, with an understanding of strategic priorities.
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, with confidence to push back when necessary.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, SAP, and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a team-focused approach.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
