Our relief pool is always open to welcome new Educators & Assistant Educators to join our team and help bring our vision of enabling every child to flourish to life each day while providing safe and fun learning experiences for them. You will have the opportunity to make huge impact on their lives and set them up for success into their first years of schooling.

As a casual with C&Kyou will have the opportunity to set your availability to work at the sites most convenient to your location and the shifts that best suit your lifestyle.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards

  • Assistant Educators: Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood
  • Lead Educators: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood
  • Early Childhood Teachers:Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

If you are studying or hold a Bachelors in Education you will also be eligible for our Educator roles.
