About The Role

Gaming Attendant | Petrie Hotel. Dream big with us. ALH owns and operates more pubs than anyone, serving over 350 Australian communities. We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. You'll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Gaming regulations.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable moments.
  • Contribute to a culture of responsibility, focusing on safety and RSA/RCG compliance.
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
  • You are great with people, detail and communication, and you're motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates.
  • You are a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
  • You'll be yourself—ALH is known for its people.
