In This Role You Will Have The Following Accountabilities
  • Supporting business systems software and users at all levels, in a professional and customer focussed manner.
  • Maintaining user accounts and business systems access.
  • Assisting in the implementation and testing of business systems including new releases and upgrades.
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers as appropriate
  • Logging faults and requests for enhancements with vendors and service providers.

Our preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience and skillset:
  • Possess relevant qualifications and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working and providing software helpdesk support and service
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
  • Experience in the use of Technology One ERP
  • An understanding of ITIL
