Overview

Receptionist Night Shift & Weekends Casual role at Greenbank Services Club. As part of the Reception team, you will be responsible for: maintaining and developing relationships with members; ensuring compliance with liquor & gaming regulations; maximizing patron satisfaction by driving service standards; answering phone calls and directing them to the correct contact or answering enquiries; microphone announcements; answering all enquiries from members. Your role will be to enhance customer service, achieve individual and team KPIs, meet financial targets and coach and motivate your team. This is a front of house, hands-on role with proven experience of floor operations including cash handling; a decisive personality; and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary legislation is imperative.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

  • Have an extensive knowledge of club activities
  • Knowledge of aspects of compliance with relevant legislation
  • Proven ability to deal with a diverse demographic
  • Ability to improve communications and form strong customer relations
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and service
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Responsible Service of Gaming certificate
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Working rights in Australia
