We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team

Immediate start preferred.

We're searching for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable hair professional to provide expert advice to customers, process sales, pick and pack online orders, and maintain a clean, organised store.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting customers with product recommendations
  2. Operating the POS system and handling transactions
  3. Picking and packing online orders
  4. Restocking shelves and keeping the store tidy

This is a great opportunity to stay in the hair industry without salon hours while earning extra income in a supportive team environment.
