
AWS Senior Technical Lead

As a Senior Technical Lead, you'll be at the heart of our technology team, guiding a group of talented technical leads to deliver high-quality software solutions across both internal and customer-facing applications.
This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for Cloud, Web, and API development, combined with a strong focus on technical excellence, leadership, and problem-solving.
You'll play a key role in driving best practices in cloud architecture, agile delivery, and DevOps, ensuring we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible.
What You'll Be Doing,
- Technical Ownership – Set and uphold best practices in coding, security, and high-quality development standards.
- Cloud & API Development – Design, build, and optimise AWS-based cloud architectures, using serverless computing, microservices, and event-driven designs.
- Agile & DevOps Excellence – Champion Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices to improve efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance & Reporting – Manage resource planning, track team capacity, and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
- Experience: 15+ years in software development, including at least 3 years leading technical teams.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
- Cloud Architecture Expertise: Extensive experience in AWS cloud solutions (serverless, microservices, event-driven architectures).
- DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS DevOps Tools, CircleCI.
- Communication & Reporting: Ability to deliver clear technical updates and performance reports.
- Lead and shape cutting-edge technical projects in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.
