We are seeking a Delivery Technical Lead and this will be a hybrid role combines hands-on technical leadership with program and stakeholder management responsibilities, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of secure data protection and privacy-enabling solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Technical Lead (40%)

Lead the design, and delivery of a Data transformation initiatives.

Oversee configuration and deployment of data transformation initiatives.

Ensure secure, scalable, and high-availability infrastructure in AWS.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and secrets management.

Guide the adoption of zero trust, data minimization, and privacy by design principles.

Conduct technical oversight across backend, infrastructure, and security streams.

Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement (60%)

Own the end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives.

Lead the engagement with stakeholders across ~500 applications to:

Gather information on current data transformation controls.

Understand business and compliance requirements.

Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, technical workstreams, and milestones.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and product owners.

Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, security, data, compliance, and application teams.

Facilitate agile ceremonies, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Ensure the project adheres to timeline, budget, compliance, and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate risks; resolve delivery and technical blockers.

Responsibilities include promoting project teamwork, providing support to peers, collaboration and development of business partnerships through:

Experience
The minimum experience required to achieve success in this role

Proven AWS cloud delivery experience (e.g., VPC, IAM, KMS, EC2, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, etc.).

Proficiency in Terraform or other IaC tools

Familiarity with secure API integrations and microservices-based architectures.

Demonstrated success in directly managing large, complex data projects

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and execs.

Experience working with security, privacy, and governance stakeholders

Proven track record in successfully managing a delivery team in matrix reporting environment

Experience in on-premises to cloud migrations, including SaaS

Delivery using Agile/Iterative methodologies

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and respond appropriately to unexpected circumstances

Address ambiguity in an appropriate and decisive manner

Proven track record in coaching, mentoring and developing team members; successfully managing performance to achieve continuous improvement of team capabilities
