About the roleThis is a short-term opportunity for the Biomedical Technician Instructor - JP2060 role as part of the JP2060 Project, delivering maintenance and repair-focused training to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel. You will ideally operate as a subject matter expert (SME), providing technical instruction to support our training team in the overall delivery of the program.
Responsibilities- Deliver maintenance and repair-focused training to Australian Defence Force personnel as part of the JP2060 Project.
- Provide technical instruction as a subject matter expert to support the training team and program delivery.
- Design and deliver high-quality, compliant training packages that transfer knowledge to future users.
- Familiarise yourself with new equipment quickly and understand its functions and features.
- Collaborate within a highly engaged team and contribute to the project in a meaningful way.
- A degree or vocational qualification in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (ideally).
- Experience in teaching or training in a biomedical context (highly regarded).
- Australian Citizenship (security clearance requirement).
- Baseline security clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Full-time or casual hours; flexible to arrangement that suits you.
- Remote working options available; training days onsite.
