Remit

• Greeting and farewell to members and guests
• Monitoring club access
• Handling inquiries and complaints
• Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Giving club tours
• Designing personalized exercise programs
• Training members during PE sessions
• Submitting weekly exercise sheets for approval
• Inspecting equipment and reporting issues
• Data entry of class attendees
• Monitoring express area usage
• Selling memberships and entering new members
• Operating PGM and managing arrears
• Assisting with PE@PF for at least 10 hours weekly

Experience/Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Fitness required; Certificate 4 is advantageous
• Proof of certification or progress towards it required
• First Aid & CPR certification required or to be obtained within three weeks
• Working with Children (WWC) certificate for NSW & VIC or Blue Card for QLD required
• National Police Check within last 12 months required
• Customer service experience is a plus; group class experience is an advantage
