Summary:
Step into a senior leadership role with a highly regarded aged care provider as Residential Aged Care Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential home in Melbourn's eastern suburbs.

This position offers the chance to lead with impact - fostering a culture of quality care, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting and developing your team, and promoting the wellbeing of every resident.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete operational management of the aged care home, ensuring full compliance with industry legislation and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
  • Manage budgets, rosters, and resource allocation to maintain financial sustainability and optimise operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while fostering high levels of staff engagement and resident satisfaction.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders to deliver transparent and responsive care.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate quality systems to ensure compliance and uphold best practice standards in care delivery.
What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Essential)
  • Qualifications in Healthcare, Management, or Finance (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience managing an aged care facility, with strong operational and leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to lead, inspire, and drive positive change.
  • Committed to aged care, delivering quality services, and fostering team growth and development.
