The Role

  • Provides relevant, accurate and timely legal research assistance to lawyers covering the
  • interpretation of legislation and case precedents.
  • Prepares legal documents for use in court and Safety and Health Tribunal matters, including briefs to Counsel.
  • Arranges for legal documents to be filed and served.
  • Under supervision, assists with file management of legal advice and prosecution files.
  • Under supervision, assists in aspects of the legal practice and contributes to the development of the prosecution team.

Qualifications & Licenses

Progression towards an academic qualification in the law approved under the Legal

Profession Uniform Admission Rules 2015 so as to be eligible to progress towards

admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia
