Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter looking for your next challenge? Randstad is partnering with leading clients across Regional South Australia to find skilled and dedicated Mechanical Fitters for a variety of exciting projects.

We have multiple opportunities available, offering flexible rosters, excellent pay, and fantastic allowances to suit your lifestyle and preferences.

What We Offer :

Competitive Pay : Earn between $55 - $70 per hour (flat rates), based on your experience and the role.

Flexible Work Options : Choose from DIDO (Drive In, Drive Out) or FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) roles, depending on the project site.

Accommodation & Meals : FIFO roles include camp accommodation and all meals provided.

Generous Allowances : DIDO roles come with excellent Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA) and travel allowances.

Diverse Rosters : Work-life balance is important. Rosters vary, including 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off and 5 on / 4 off / 4 on / 5 off arrangements.

Multiple Projects & Sites : Gain exposure to different projects and environments across regional SA.

About You :

We're looking for motivated and safety-conscious Mechanical Fitters with a strong work ethic. While specific requirements may vary by project, ideal candidates will possess :

Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter.

Proven experience in mechanical fitting roles, ideally within heavy industry, mining, or similar environments.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Strong commitment to safety procedures and practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
