We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our luxury boutique salon, Molly Jordan Beauty, based on Bronte Road in Waverley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident, highly skilled, and able to work independently in a supportive and friendly salon environment.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in:

  • Facials (pampering and clinical treatments)
  • Cosmetic Tattooing (brows, lips, eyeliner)
  • Brow services (HD brows, lamination, shaping, tinting, threading)
  • Lash lifts
  • Facial waxing
  • Social media content creation & posting to represent the salon online

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in the beauty industry (advanced level preferred)
  • Confident working independently and running the salon solo during shifts
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own bookings
  • Professional, customer-focused, and able to deliver luxury-level service
  • Responsible for opening/closing the salon when rostered
  • Comfortable creating and posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Must hold full Australian working rights

Hours & Shifts

  • Minimum 29 hours per week, with potential for more
  • Monday to Friday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Saturday (fortnightly): 1:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Occasional Sundays or later shifts available for the right person
