Job Summary

As a visionary leader, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of airport activities for a world-renowned airline. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure seamless flight experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and continuously improve operational performance.

About This Role
  • You will manage all aspects of flight operations, including customer service, ramp and baggage handling, security, premium services, and catering.
  • Direct and monitor procedures to ensure safe aircraft turnaround activities and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • You will assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and disseminate policies to supervisors to ensure effective team management.
  • Resolve escalated service and operational issues, compile reports on irregularities, and develop corrective action plans.
  • You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
