Senior Full Stack Developer

The Opportunity

This is not your typical developer role. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that integrate deeply with their core systems. You'll work across front-end, back-end, data, APIs, and cloud environments, while also steering high-profile projects unique to the business — from CRM transformation and AI integration to solar data platforms and client onboarding systems.

What You'll Do
Full Stack Engineering (Core)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications across front-end and back-end.
• Develop modern, responsive interfaces (React, Angular, or Vue) and robust server-side solutions , .NET, or Java).
• Architect APIs (REST/GraphQL) to connect systems and deliver custom reporting solutions.
• Manage databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent), ensuring integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps, with security-first thinking.

Security & Risk Management

• Design and maintain secure applications with best practices in secure coding, data protection, and threat mitigation.
• Implement real-time monitoring, logging, and response mechanisms to detect vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
• Develop and maintain authentication and authorisation frameworks, including RBAC, MFA, and secure API integrations.
• Identify, assess, and manage security risks across application architectures, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and the Information Security Management System.
• Embed security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), conduct regular security assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

• Lead the CRM transformation – redesign the system, integrate with A2, and explore tools like
• Drive AI innovation – embed AI into A2, SmartView, and other platforms while guiding secure employee use.
• Build smarter onboarding and tender solutions – streamline client onboarding and strengthen IT security responses.
• Transform data management – collate, clean, and prepare large datasets for seamless integration and reporting.
• Create customer-focused SmartSolar tools – deliver engaging displays of solar and energy insights.
• Enhance intranet and portals – improve templates, layouts, and user experience across internal systems.
• Unlock A2 data with APIs – deliver powerful, custom-built reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Expand our digital presence – contribute to the evolution of the company website and online platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–10 years' experience in full stack development.
• Deep expertise in:
• Front-end: React, Angular or Vue, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Back-end: , .NET, or Java.
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
• API development and integrations.
• Proven experience in secure coding practices, embedding security into the design, development, and deployment of applications.
• Experience with security monitoring, logging, and vulnerability management tools, with the ability to detect and mitigate threats in real time.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade applications end-to-end.
• Proven ability to design clean, secure, and scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Experience and skills with CRM platforms (A2, Salesforce, ACT or ).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI, renewable energy platforms, or sustainability-focused systems.
• Exposure to tender/compliance processes.
