FlexCollect is Australia's first fully-automated debt collection fin-tech platform designed to help businesses recover cash flow; fast, professionally, and without the friction. We combine legal compliance, customer-first collections, and smart financial technology to get businesses paid. Backed by seasoned investors and growing fast, we're looking for a developer to help us scale.

The Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our core product team. You'll work directly with the founder and senior team to build new features, optimise performance, and shape the tech stack as we scale. If you're excited by the idea of solving real-world problems for real businesses, and doing it fast, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build, test and ship new features across our platform (front + back end)
  • Work closely with our founder, designer, and product manager on weekly sprints
  • Optimise system performance and refactor legacy code as needed
  • Integrate third-party APIs (accounting, legal, payments, credit reporting etc.)
  • Help shape our architecture and choose the right tools as we grow
  • Contribute to product roadmap decisions and customer-first improvements
  • Own your work end-to-end — from concept to production

About You

  • 3+ years of full stack development experience
  • Comfortable building scalable SaaS products in production
  • Startup mindset, resourceful, fast, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to take ownership of features and deliver high-quality code
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Bonus: experience with fintech, legaltech or collections
