You'll work closely with clients, branch teams, and management to ensure accounts are well-maintained and credit risks are minimised. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, commercial credit experience, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities*** Collections – Direct with clients, often involving high value transactions, with new debts falling due every day.* Managing Credit Limits – Reviewing and preparing submissions for limit increases, or assisting clients to work within their existing credit limit.* Producing Daily Reports**About you*** Previous Commercial Credit experience – solid understanding of debt recovery processes.* A clear communicator – both verbally and in writing.* Sound MS Office skills.* Decisive – The ability to make decisions based on available data and take a firm stand.* Integrity – The ability to be consistently honest with yourself and others.* Managing Performance – The ability to monitor and maintain your own performance, and know when to escalate and discuss issues with your manager.* Interpersonal Flexibility – The ability to relate effectively to a diverse range of individuals.**About Elders**Elders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
