About Us: Part of Lutheran Services, Immanuel Gardens Aged Care service in Buderim is community focused and committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents.

We are building a great team of carers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care to our residents with dignity and respect. We aim to create a supportive and nurturing environment where our staff and residents thrive.

About You

Whether you are already experienced in residential aged care, or new to support work having just completed your Certificate III in Individual Support study, we encourage your application. If you have worked in a support role in another sector and want to move into aged care, get in touch

We have shifts for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights, across seven days. Let us know your availability so we can create a roster that works with your lifestyle.

We can offer Casual opportunities that involve:

  • Providing great care to our residents, monitoring health and wellbeing
  • Collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and families and making their day
