About Computer Alliance:
Computer Alliance is an industry leader in IT, with a reputation based on excellence in sales and after-sales service. We are a growing computer company seeking an experienced Computer Service Technician to join our Technical Team.

About the Role:
The position is based in Mt.Gravatt, Brisbane. It is essential that candidates possess the ability to complete the following duties:

  • Servicing and troubleshooting of computers
  • Building of computers
  • Desktop and application support in a Microsoft environment
  • Software related troubleshooting
  • Over the phone technical support to customers
  • Network technical support for LAN & WAN, routers, firewall and security

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience and knowledge in hardware and peripheral support
  • Outstanding communication skills along with an energetic personality
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have the ability to successfully multi-task
  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar environment
  • Commitment to keep certifications up to date at all times, as new products are released by each vendor

Work hours are determined on a rotating roster which incorporates, you must be available to work on weekends.This is a full-time position available after standard probation period with a competitive salary range depending on experience and skills.
