In this role, you'll provide essential assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social support, helping our elderly clients remain comfortable and connected in their own homes. If you're empathetic, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role:

Working for EIH Care within the community and supporting our HCP clients.

You will be involved in the clients' morning routines.

Completing light household tasks, meal preparation, shopping assistance, domestic support, and PCA.

Flexibility to work with short notice, providing coverage for staff who are unable to work on the same day or week.

The ideal candidate MUST have:

Experience working in the Aged Care sector is essential.

Fluent Burmese is required.

Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.

Driver's license and own vehicle.

Working With Children Check.

First Aid/CPR certification.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Comfortable with cooking and household duties.

Willingness to complete short shifts, predominantly 3 hours at a time on weekdays.
