We're looking for a Casual shop assistant who has previous customer service experience to join our team (Lottery west product sales experience prefered but not necessary)
- Our ideal applicant will excel at customer service, be ready to learn, and work well in a team environment. The following are some of the main responsibilities: operating the cash register and lotto terminals, keeping the store clean, and putting up incoming products.
- Prior newsagency experience would be highly valued, and we are looking for a team member with a flexible schedule.
- To assist management in achieving maximum sales by providing the best level of customer service and proposing add-on products.
- At all times, the premises must be kept clean and orderly.
- Maintaining effective communication with management, coworkers, and customers.
- To assist in the business opening and closing retail procedures by operating point of sale/computer systems appropriately and processing paperwork effectively.
- Employees at the level are responsible for their own work within the parameters of specified routines, methods, and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in the retail or customer service industries is prefered.
- Demonstrated ability to function at a high level in the customer service business.
- Ability to operate unsupervised at a high volume and with high standards of performance.
- Having a positive attitude
- Acceptance of personal responsibility.
- Ability to contribute actively and successfully as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
