We are seeking highly compassionate Personal Care Workers (PCWs) who are passionate about providing quality care to older people. This role is ideal for individuals who want to help older Australians live their best lives with dignity, choice, and respect.

As a Personal Care Worker at Lutheran Homes Barossa, you will:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, mobility, and meals

Support residents' emotional, social, and physical wellbeing

Develop meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other staff

Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals

Be a valued and respected member of a supportive, resident-focused team
