Regis Gerny Grove is located in close proximity to local shops, the Keperra Golf Course and is conveniently within walking distance to Ferny Grove train station, connecting the suburb to Brisbane CBD in under 35 minutes. About The Role

We are currently seeking a Club Services Manager for our Regis Ferny Grove home in Ferny Grove QLD. The Club Services Manager is responsible for the concierge activities relating to Regis Club Services. The primary focus of the role is to ensure residents and family members have one point for customer contact. This is a full time role Monday - Friday, business hours. This role is hands-on and includes ensuring delivery of all the Club Service commitments. You will have significant interface with all other facility functions (lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance, admin, support services). Regis requires someone who is an outstanding communicator, a team player, and passionate about the value of good customer service. You will need to possess an outgoing personality, be a people person, have the ability to work unsupervised, have good organisational skills and a flair for promotion. Additionally, you will manage enquiries and resident sales and be involved in the admission and welcome process, including tours of the facility for potential customers, ongoing follow ups and the final sale process.

The essential skills and experience that you will be asked to demonstrate are:

• Coordinate the Welcome Process; manage enquiries, conduct tours, facilitate the sales process, coordinate the admission and resident orientation activities.
• Be the face of the Regis Club Services
• Handle the day-to-day resident and family queries.
• Be responsible for managing the service levels and delivery of the Club Services Commitments.
• Administration and Budget Management
• Build productive working relationships across the Regis organisation
