Overview

Our client is a large global corporation operating in the infrastructure and construction sector. With a strong international presence and a commitment to financial excellence, they offer a dynamic environment where technical expertise and leadership are valued. This role sits within a high-performing finance team and supports group-level reporting across multiple entities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated financial reporting packs for global headquarters.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
  • Manage the preparation of annual statutory reports across multiple entities.
  • Coordinate external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
  • Oversee governance of balance sheet and subledger reconciliations across local and overseas entities.
  • Review and post journal entries, approve payment runs and bank transfers.
  • Present weekly cash flow and debtor reports to senior leadership and respond to global treasury queries.
  • Champion internal controls and financial governance across the group.
  • Drive continuous improvement and capability development.

Qualifications

About You

  • CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • 10+ years' experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit within large multinational organisations.
  • Strong understanding of multicurrency balance sheets and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
