About the Opportunity:

As the Recruitment & HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support for recruitment activities and HR processes across our national operations. Your role will focus on assisting the recruitment needs with candidate coordination, onboarding, and general HR administration. You will also provide backup support to the People and Culture Coordinator, contributing to the smooth running of HR operations.

Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions for all new employees
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support to the People and Culture Coordinator, including scheduling and document preparation
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and reporting as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in HR or recruitment administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with managers and team members
  • Proficiency with HR software and the MS Office Suite.
