Are you passionate about building high-performing teams through impactful learning? Star Pharmacy Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant for a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll design and deliver programs that develop capability, drive engagement, and help us achieve our purpose of creating healthier, happier communities.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver capability frameworks, blended learning programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to identify needs and measure impact.
  • Manage and optimise our LMS, including leading project management of new LMS implementation to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption.
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in L&D, capability, or organisational development.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven project management experience, ideally in implementing and integrating LMS platforms.
