Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we're looking for a talented full-time Scientific Content Writer to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating scientific content focused on therapeutic areas, healthcare, and other industry-relevant topics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze data related to sponsor behavior, market trends, and clinical trials, and produce content that aligns with SEO best practices to enhance our online presence and campaign outreach.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing and Digital Media Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Research and write high-quality scientific content, including white papers, disease reports, and articles on therapeutic areas, healthcare trends, and industry-related topics;
  • Collect and analyze data related to client behavior, market trends, and clinical trials to inform content creation to support with campaigns;
  • Utilize SEO briefs to create optimized content for the website, ensuring content is engaging;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and business objectives;
  • Ensure all content is backed by reliable data, sources, and scientific integrity;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging therapies, and scientific advancements to produce relevant, high-quality content; and
  • Use content management tools and systems to manage and publish content across various platforms.

To be successful in the role, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine, or a related field);
  • Proven experience in scientific writing, with a portfolio showcasing content such as white papers, disease reports, or articles;
  • Strong understanding of scientific research and clinical trials, as well as the ability to interpret complex data;
  • Proficient in content creation for SEO, using SEO briefs to optimize website content;
  • Familiarity with marketing and data analytics tools for analyzing consumer behavior and market trends;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly to both expert and non-expert audiences; and
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems.
