A rare opportunity has opened for a Melbourne-based Head of PR and Communications at one of Australia's most recognised and trusted consumer brands.

This broad and impactful role offers a wide scope, leading brand reputation, media relations and external communications with responsibility for strategic initiatives including corporate social responsibility. The perfect opportunity for a self-starting individual looking to shape the voice of an iconic Australian brand, working alongside a visionary Chief Customer Officer and executive team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and dynamic PR and Communications leader with a minimum of 8-10+ years' experience. We are seeking someone who has previously held senior communications roles in consumer-facing settings. They must have served as a trusted advisor to executive teams, demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

This individual thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments, excels at securing high-impact media coverage, building press offices, and developing comprehensive communications strategies, with proven ability to manage external agencies.
