Overview

Cook Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a stable Tier 2 builder who specialise in multi residential and large townhouse projects. Client Details

Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder based on the south side of Brisbane. They take huge pride in their high quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth. Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2026 and 2027, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. The initial project will be on the south side of Brisbane.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
  • Ensuring a safe site at all times
  • Quality control and defect minimisation
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met
Profile

Selection criteria will include:

  • QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
  • Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
  • Trade background preferred (carpentry)
  • Track record of delivering multi residential and/or townhouse projects up to $20m
Job Offer

  • A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $160-180k + super (subject to experience/skill level)
