Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical assessment, planning, and management for patients/residents/clients with complex care needs.
- Lead and coordinate nursing teams, delegating tasks and supporting staff across various levels to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and participate in research to enhance patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in managing complex surgical and medical patients with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team coordination, mentoring, and change management within healthcare settings.
