  1. Managing the property portfolio with entry, exit, and routine inspections.

  3. Handling tenant inquiries, key management, and liaising with Body Corporate/Caretaking teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. 2+ years of property management experience.
  2. QLD Certificate of Registration and strong legislation knowledge.
