Align Psychology is a warm, inclusive, and well-established private practice located in Templestowe Lower, Victoria. Our team comprises both general and clinical psychologists who offer compassionate, evidence-based support through various therapeutic approaches. We provide sessions both face-to-face in our consulting rooms and via secure telehealth, making care accessible and flexible. At Align Psychology, we are dedicated to creating a safe space for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to explore, heal, and grow.

The Role

We're seeking warm, experienced, and ethically grounded psychologists to join our team. You have the flexibility to provide therapy in person at our Templestowe Lower clinic, via telehealth from home, or in a hybrid capacity, depending on your preferences and location. Regardless of your mode of practice, you'll enjoy the support and connection of an established clinic and close-knit team.

  • On-site full administrative support - Our lovely team of admin staff manage bookings, invoicing, reminders, client intake, and tech troubleshooting.
  • Clinical supervision and peer consultation - Regular one-on-one with board approved clinical psychologists and group sessions with an experienced team of psychologists.
  • Strong collegial support - Stay connected with our onsite team through virtual meetings, case discussions, and social events.
  • Established referral streams - Consistent flow of clients tailored to your preferred caseload and areas of interest
  • Flexible scheduling - Structure your hours around your lifestyle and availability
  • Practice culture - Inclusive, respectful, and focused on clinician wellbeing and professional growth
  • Development - Support for administration, marketing and clinical support to develop your individual practice and areas of interest
  • Neuro-affirming & inclusive culture - We welcome diversity in both clients and clinicians
  • Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
  • Eligibility to provide Medicare services (with a valid Medicare provider number)
  • Experience in telehealth or willingness to learn and be supported
  • Access to a private, secure space and reliable internet (for telehealth)
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centred, and evidence-based care
  • Interest or experience in working with specific populations (e.g. adults, children, trauma, neurodiverse clients)
  • Availability for weekend work and/or after hours
