We're currently seeking a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to support our team across Melbourne's western suburbs, including Footscray, Sunshine, Werribee, Altona North, Deer Park, and the Brimbank area. A willingness to occasionally travel between these locations is ideal.

What You'll Do

Step into a purpose-driven role where your clinical insight empowers people with disabilities to thrive.

  • You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive team environment, blending evidence-based practice with cultural responsiveness and real-world impact.
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy planning, evidence-based interventions, and detailed clinical reporting tailored to individual client needs.
  • Design behaviour support plans grounded in functional assessments, and conduct risk assessments or implement safety plans where needed.
  • Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, coordinated support across your caseload.
  • Maintain thorough, up-to-date client records to support continuity of care and informed decision-making
  • Deliver therapy with sensitivity to each client's cultural, linguistic, and personal context—adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with allied health colleagues, support coordinators, external services, and fellow psychologists through group supervision and dedicated support from the Psychology Team Leader to ensure cohesive, best-practice outcomes.
  • Provide services via home visits, community outreach, and Telehealth—balancing client needs with your flexible work arrangements.
  • Deliver services in line with AHPRA registration standards, the APS Code of Ethics, NDIS Practice Standards, and all relevant legislation.

What You Bring

  • A driver's licence and your own vehicle
  • WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous NDIS experience is a bonus
