Overview

We're looking for experienced physios & OTs in Melbourne to provide mobile services— as a contractor on very much your own terms. Generous hourly rate. Flexibility galore. Say yes to the referrals that fit your vibe, and none that don't. Want 5 hours a day, or 5 hours a week? It's your call. That said, with the pace at which new enquiries are coming in, we'd love you to be on the upper end of availability, but we'll work around what you can offer.

Moving Healthcare are a mobile physio and OT provider covering many parts of metro Melbourne. Our enquiries are currently around 80% NDIS, but we also see many Home Care Package and private paying clients. We're actively diversifying and expect to see more aged care work, especially with the changes coming from Home Care Packages to the new Support at Home program. We love working with older adults, supporting people to stay mobile and enjoy a better quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide home or community-based therapy to clients (NDIS, HCP, private) ages 7+
• Assess, set goals, and provide hands-on and/or functional therapy as clinically indicated
• Documentation and reporting as required
• Decide your caseload, days, and hours — we work around your life, not the other way around

About you

• Qualified physio or OT with at least 2 years community or disability sector experience (no new grads, sorry)
• Registered with AHPRA and have an ABN, or willing to get one
• Confident working with NDIS participants (or keen to quickly upskill)
• Empathetic, adaptable, authentic, and reliable

The role
