Overview

Sitepulse is looking for an experienced Project Planner - Scheduler who is looking to further develop their skills across all stages of the full construction project lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the resources industry, 5-10 years' experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant construction field such as SMP, E&I or Civil.
  • Knowledge and expertise of construction practices, standards, systems and processes.
  • Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis or potentially regular rosters and be eligible to access client sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
  • Must be based out of Perth, WA.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed schedules that are accurate, efficient and align with client and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with construction and operations teams to align activities and critical milestones.
  • Identify schedule gaps and mitigate strategies.
  • Allocate resources including labour, equipment, and materials to ensure correct and on time delivery and execution.
  • Identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide schedule, reports and data for extension of time / delay claims.
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to project and senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with project controls and broader program timelines.
  • Liaise with client, trades, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Update schedules to reflect delays, changes, or variations.
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout the process.
