Our client, a well-respected and award-winning law firm, is expanding its Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Family Lawyers who are passionate about delivering high-quality legal services while making a real difference in clients' lives.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure to a broad range of family law matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation, guiding clients through complex legal processes
  • Parenting disputes and child custody matters, advocating for fair outcomes
  • Property settlements and financial disputes, ensuring equitable resolutions
  • Mediation and dispute resolution, working towards amicable agreements

Who We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Australian practising certificate
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in family law (Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel)
  • Strong knowledge of Family Law legislation and court procedures
  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A client-focused mindset with high levels of empathy and professionalism
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines and meet billable targets (5-7 per day)
What's on Offer?
  • Competitive salary package based on experience:
    • Associate: $90,000 - $130,000 DOE
    • Senior Associate: $140,000 - $200,000+ DOE
    • Special Counsel: Competitive salary with additional incentives
