Role Description We are seeking a Junior Solicitor practising in Family Law to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.
This role is ideal for a passionate and driven junior lawyer who is looking to develop their career in Family Law while gaining hands-on experience in a well-established firm.
As a Junior Solicitor, you will work closely with senior lawyers and clients, handling a variety of family law matters, including: Divorce & Separation Parenting & Custody Disputes Property Settlements Intervention Orders Binding Financial Agreements Spousal Maintenance Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing court applications, attending client meetings and court hearings, and assisting in the overall management of family law cases.
