Job Description Join and lead the locally loved team at Greencross Vets Crown Street We are a team of 7 skilled nurses and 2.5 vets with a lovely and loyal client base, who we have great relationships with. Role As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the clinic. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role that will see you: Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team and building a positive team cultureEnsuring that monthly KPI's are metDriving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and ownersNursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses Skills We're looking for a caring and passionate natural leader, someone who is ready to join a strong team and make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners Your skills and experience will include: A Cert IV in Veterinary NursingExperience in team management - either as a head nurse or practice managerStrong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching for team membersAn extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing proceduresGreat communication and customer service skillsA friendly, team player attitude Strong business acumen and organisational skillsExperience with Rx Works preferred but not essential If this sounds like you, Apply Now we want to hear from you We would love to show you our clinic and have you come and meet the team
