The role

Helping elderly people stay independent in their own homes in the Inner West Newcastle area including Maryville, Hamilton, New Hampton and Fishing Point. Duties include general home cleaning along with other activities such as changing bed linen, washing clothes and dishes, etc.

Role type: Part-time

Responsibilities
  • Provide cleaning and domestic assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assist with tasks such as changing bed linen, washing clothes and dishes
  • Support clients to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes
Qualifications and requirements
  • Passionate about helping the elderly
  • Well organised and punctual
  • Good people skills and ability to engage tactfully with clients
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • Current police check
  • Full working rights to be considered
