Enrolment Officer - Apprenticeship Hub at Chisholm Institute

Overview

Chisholm is seeking an experienced Enrolment Officer for our Apprenticeship Hub team. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing position based in Berwick with a salary of $68,318 p.a. plus superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Triage all hub phone calls and walk-ins to ensure prompt and efficient handling of enquiries, aiming to increase employer and student satisfaction.
  • Confidently handle future student and employer leads via telephone, email, face-to-face and social media to optimise enrolments.
  • Provide accurate program advice to prospective students in line with their goals to ensure student satisfaction.
  • Complete pre-training review interviews with students to assess suitability for enrolment into the course.
  • Undertake eligibility assessment and confirm student eligibility status in accordance with the VET funding contract.
  • Utilise all systems in accordance with Chisholm requirements – including Strata, CRM, Employer Knnect, Tracking log, Purecloud, and Power BI.
  • Provide post-engagement case management and student follow-up to support resolution of barriers in collaboration with Business Areas as required.
Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Business or Business Administration, or equivalent experience within a related field.
