About The RoleThe IT Service Desk Analyst is the first point of contact and support for all CPA Australia staff (employees and contractors) regarding IT Incidents and Service Requests.
The primary focus is on restoring customer IT systems quickly to minimize productivity loss. This customer service-oriented role involves working in a team environment, which may include face-to-face interactions.
Join a high-performing Service Desk team providing first-line support for all staff, with an emphasis on service quality, resolving or escalating complex IT issues within SLA commitments.
This is a 6-month contract roleWho We Are Looking For- Knowledge of ITIL; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Qualifications in IT or Business, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Capability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of desktop hardware and software.
- Experience with SOE design and build.
- Familiarity with Service Centre tools like Infra or Service Manager.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
