Job Description
  • Analyzing customer and stakeholder problems and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting first-line investigations, diagnosing issues, and escalating unresolved incidents as needed.
  • Interpreting user problems and identifying effective solutions to implement.
  • Maintaining service coherence and avoiding disruptions through proactive operational support.
  • Ensuring Quality outcomes in Member Servicing through efficient process execution.
  • Collaborating with DevOps teams to establish robust system monitoring processes.
  • Coordinating system incident responses, contacting on-call staff, and providing updates to impacted stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and assisting in the automation of scheduling tools for fund compliance.
  • Maintaining SLA adherence records for P&T's Service Desk Catalogue.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of support documentation.
  • Using data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to the wider P&T team.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk.
  • Prior Financial Services industry experience.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jenkins and Postman.
