About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in administration and success in a healthcare role is desirable—you know your way around patient records and appointment bookings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills—you can juggle tasks while keeping patients informed and supported.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across an in-hours and after-hours roster and occasional weekend shifts with attractive shift penalties.

Your Role at a Glance:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Book medical exams and appointments, providing clear and helpful information.
- Manage patient records with care and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with Medicare billing and banking, supported by your team.
