Sirius Technology is partnering with a Salesforce Vendor that helps global businesses simplify and scale through innovative technology solutions.
They're seeking a Senior Technical Salesforce Consultant to join their team, with occasional travel to meet clients. Applicants anywhere in Australia are welcome to apply for fully remote work, provided they are Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens.
In this key leadership role, you'll deliver complex Salesforce solutions, mentor developers, lead design decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders in a people-first, delivery-focused environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge Agentforce and Data Cloud projects, contributing to high-impact, enterprise-grade implementations that shape the future of customer experience and data-driven decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end Salesforce solutions
  • Oversee and mentor development teams, ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
  • Conduct technical workshops to gather and validate requirements and translate them into scalable designs
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs and DevOps tools
  • Actively contribute to internal training, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
SKILLS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration
  • Proven background in Salesforce technical consulting and software architecture
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery and Agile methodologies
  • Integration expertise using APIs, SQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or JavaScript Developer I
