Randstad has partnered with the team behind a globally celebrated private members club to grow out their talented team. We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Manager to be the driving force behind raising capital and equity for a new club expansion to Australian shores.

About the Opportunity

As the Investor Relations Manager, you will be reporting to the Group Head of Investor Relations. Your primary goal is to build and nurture strong relationships with passionate private investors.

  • Lead the full investor journey - from finding leads and doing due diligence, to managing relationships post-investment.
  • Share the company vision with potential investors, including strategy, offerings, and future plans.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of future investors.
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing to deliver clear, consistent messages.
  • Keep stakeholders updated with timely, accurate reports.

Ideal Profile

A degree in finance or business management, and worked in a fundraising or investor relations environment.Strong communication skills who can turn complex information into a clear, engaging story.Proven experience growing relationships and bringing in new investors.Thrive in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.A customer centric mindset, putting your clients first, act with integrity.Established networks in private wealth or family office is highly advantageous.
