A well-established, family-owned business have an opportunity for a qualified Accounts Officer, to take ownership of financial and administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

In this role, you'll manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping and office administration, including MYOB-based accounts, data entry, invoicing, PAYG and BAS preparation, superannuation and entitlement tracking, bank reconciliations, and accurate record-keeping. You'll also coordinate scheduling, support job allocation, liaise with customers, and manage receivables.

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proven MYOB or XERO skills and understanding of small business accounting
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Experience in a trade or service-based business (highly regarded)
