We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD on a 6-month, part-time contract, working approximately 20 hours per week.
You will be an "A" player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities Include: Raising daily invoices to clients for various stages of the building process Coordinate and generate invoices for final payments to enable timely handover of homes Raise monthly invoices for commercial properties Maintain integrity of the accounts receivable ledger Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner Work with credit controllers to minimise overdue invoices General administration duties Attributes of a Successful Candidate: Highly developed verbal communication skills A high level of numeracy and attention to detail Problem-solving and negotiation skills Outcome-focused and target-driven The ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent organisational and time management skills High motivation and the ability to think outside the box The ability to work autonomously and in a team Proficient experience with Microsoft suite products The person we are seeking is someone who can hit the ground running, with experience working to procedures, KPIs, and targets.
