Job Description

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi teams at the following stores: Dandenong; Parkmore.

Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service across multiple areas within our stores, from customer facing to back of house.
  • Support pre-, during-, and post-sale customer interactions to ensure a great experience.
  • Assist with merchandising and contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience on the sales floor.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Availability

Our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (September/October 2025 to the start of February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications
  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer focused
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
